Terms for the free Workflow Viewer service provided by Daniel Medina.
Using the service
Workflow Viewer turns content you provide through a compatible chat app into process maps and offline exports. Use it only with content you are entitled to provide and in accordance with applicable law and your chat provider’s terms. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
Your content and generated maps
You keep your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to return the requested map or export. You may keep and use your exported workflow files. A map describes a process; it does not execute it or verify that the process is correct. Review steps, decisions and responsibilities before relying on them.
Price and availability
This release is free and has no purchases or subscriptions. Any costs charged by your chat provider are separate. The service may be unavailable, changed or discontinued. There is no guaranteed uptime or response time. Keep your own exported copies because the service has no saved-workflow library.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not promise recovery of a workflow that is no longer available in your conversation or exported files.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Any change will be subject to applicable legal requirements.
