Workflow Viewer
Workflow Viewer · Daniel Medina

Make a process easier to follow.

Describe your process in a compatible chat app. Explore the steps, responsibilities and decisions in an interactive map.

Create in conversation

Turn your description into a map with steps, decisions, handoffs and linked subprocesses.

Explore and revise

Search, inspect a step, zoom into a subprocess and ask for changes in chat.

Keep an offline copy

Export structured JSON or an interactive HTML file. File delivery depends on your chat app.

Try an example

“Map a fictional repair café intake with an assessment decision and a repair subprocess. Use only invented data.”

Connect

This release is available through a private development connection while its public listing is being prepared. In a compatible MCP client, use:

https://workflow-viewer.workflow-atlas.workers.dev/mcp

No Workflow Viewer account or sign-in is required. Your chat provider’s access rules and any provider charges still apply.

Free to use

Workflow Viewer has no payments, subscriptions or purchases. It creates maps and exports; it does not execute your processes, send messages, provide a saved online library or publish public workflow links.

Your content

The hosted service processes each workflow request without retaining the workflow. Keep an exported copy to reuse later. Your chat provider and Cloudflare may process information under their own policies. See the privacy policy.

Current limits: 200 steps and 256 KB per workflow package. Larger processes should be split into smaller maps.
