Include the chat app you use, the viewer version, what you expected and what happened. Please share a small invented example or a redacted screenshot instead of confidential workflow content. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Get an export
Use the viewer’s export controls to get JSON or an interactive HTML file. If your host cannot download from the canvas, use the chat-export request shown by the viewer, or ask in the conversation: “Export this workflow as an interactive HTML file.” A compatible host must deliver the resulting file.
Continue a previous map
The service has no saved-workflow library. Continue in a conversation that still has the complete workflow, or attach your exported JSON. The plugin should ask for missing input rather than guess a lost workflow.
Report a problem
Reports are handled by an individual developer. There is no guaranteed response time. For a rendering problem, include your panel size and whether the problem occurs while the answer is arriving or after it finishes.
