How Workflow Viewer processes workflow content and support correspondence.
Workflow content
When your chat app calls Workflow Viewer, it sends the workflow package needed for that request, such as titles, descriptions, roles, connections and revision labels. The service validates and processes that content in memory to return a map or export. It does not deliberately write workflow content to a database, disk store, analytics system or application log, and it has no cross-request workflow library.
Hosting and your chat provider
The service is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes requests and may handle network and security information, including IP addresses and other technical request metadata, under its own policies. Application logs and tracing are disabled in this deployment. Your chat provider processes the conversation, tool inputs, results and any files according to its policies. Daniel Medina does not control those providers’ retention practices.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and the privacy policy of the chat provider you use.
Browser storage and exports
The public information pages do not use analytics or tracking cookies. The viewer may keep interface preferences and saved-step identifiers in browser storage, depending on the host. Exports and any files saved by your chat app are controlled by you and that app; they are not an online copy stored by the Workflow Viewer service.
Support email
If you email support, Daniel Medina receives the address, message and attachments you choose to send. This information is used to handle your request and necessary records. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for those purposes. The support inbox uses Gmail; Google processes that email under its applicable policies.
Requests and deletion
Send access, correction or deletion requests concerning support correspondence to ggsgamingclips@gmail.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements. The service cannot delete chat history, exported files or infrastructure records controlled by another provider; contact that provider or use its controls. There is no retained workflow database for this service to retrieve or erase.
Changes
This page will be updated if the service’s data practices change. Review the current policy before submitting workflow content.
